1. Shipping Destinations
   We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

2. Shipping Fees

     • Orders under $70: $7 shipping fee
     • Orders over $70: Free shipping
   • Expedited Shipping
     Currently unavailable.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

   • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
   • Standard delivery times may vary depending on order volume and natural factors. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days during peak periods.

4. Delivery Schedule

   • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.
   • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking
   You will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier details once your order has shipped.

6. Undeliverable Packages
   If a package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Please contact us at info@pijushi.com to arrange for re-delivery.

7. Unforeseen Delays
   Circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or other unforeseen events may cause shipping delays. Delivery timelines are subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier.

Returns 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us in info@pijushi.com within 30 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving the return items. 

Please also be noted that the return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer, if the product has not quality problems.

And please kindly be noted: 
1. Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need of any notes. 
2. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to  info@pijushi.com . 

Refunds

After we received and inspected your return items, we will email you to notify and refund to you in 24 hours, and the payment will arrived at your bank account in 2-3 business days. 

If we received a damaged item, and we will contact you soon. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet :

1.first check your bank account again.
2.Contact your credit card company or your bank , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.                                                                                3.
